Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Due to hygiene reasons, used eye masks, pillowcases, and other sleep products cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
