SHIPPING COSTS

From time to time, Mello may offer free shipping promotions which will be clearly stated on the website.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
If tracking is available, customers will receive a tracking number via email once their order has been shipped.
If you have not received your tracking information within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.
